2. General Refund Policy

All refund requests are subject to the following general terms:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Processing fees and third-party charges may be deducted from refunds

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

3.1 Web Development Services

Before Project Start: Full refund if cancellation is requested before any work begins.

During Development (0-25% complete): 75% refund of total project cost.

During Development (26-50% complete): 50% refund of total project cost.

During Development (51-75% complete): 25% refund of total project cost.

After 75% completion: No refund available, but project will be completed as agreed.

3.2 Cloud & DevOps Services

Monthly Services: Prorated refund for unused portion of the current billing period.

One-time Setup: 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of service delivery.

Ongoing Support: 30-day notice required for cancellation; refund for prepaid unused services.

3.3 Security & Compliance Services

Security Audits: No refund after audit completion and report delivery.

Ongoing Security Services: Prorated refund for unused services with 30-day notice.

Compliance Consulting: 50% refund if cancelled before implementation phase begins.

3.4 Automation & Integration Services

Before Implementation: Full refund if cancelled before any development work begins.

During Development: Refund based on percentage of work completed (similar to web development).

After Implementation: No refund, but 30-day support included at no additional cost.

3.5 Data & Analytics Services

Consultation Services: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of consultation.

Implementation Projects: Refund policy follows web development terms.

Ongoing Analytics: Prorated refund for unused services with 30-day notice.

3.6 Managed IT Support

Monthly Support: Prorated refund for unused portion of the current month.

Annual Contracts: Refund based on unused months minus 10% early termination fee.

Emergency Services: No refund for completed emergency support services.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Completed security audits and reports
  • Delivered software licenses and third-party integrations
  • Completed training sessions and consultations
  • Emergency support services
  • Custom development work after 75% completion
  • Domain registrations and hosting fees paid to third parties

5. Cancellation Procedures

5.1 How to Cancel

To cancel any service, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@dbfbricks.shop with subject "Service Cancellation"
  2. Include your project/service details and reason for cancellation
  3. Specify the effective date of cancellation
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with confirmation and refund details

5.2 Cancellation Timeline

Immediate Cancellation: Available for services not yet started

30-Day Notice: Required for ongoing services and support contracts

Project Cancellation: Can be cancelled at any time with applicable refund terms

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Refund Timeline

  • Approval: 2-3 business days for review and approval
  • Processing: 7-14 business days for refund processing
  • Bank Transfer: Additional 3-5 business days for bank processing

6.2 Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (preferred)
  • Bank transfer (for large amounts)
  • Check (for specific cases, may take additional time)

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  1. Request a detailed explanation of the decision
  2. Provide additional documentation to support your case
  3. Request escalation to senior management
  4. Seek mediation through a neutral third party

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), refund policies may be modified to account for circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any changes promptly to affected clients.

9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth refund processing, clients must:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Respond promptly to refund-related communications
  • Return any provided materials or access credentials
  • Comply with data protection requirements during cancellation
